Return Policy

Products can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase unless marked or defaced. Products with lapsed expiry dates are not accepted. Returns require preauthorization and are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus shipping costs. Prescription drugs and probiotics are not accepted for return.

To submit a return request, please contact customer service via phone or email. Please have the following information ready:

• Original order number and/or invoice number;
• The reason for requesting a return; and
• Product information, including product number and lot number.

Once you submit the return request, please allow 2-3 days for our trained agent to review and respond to the request. Submitting a refund request is not a guarantee that it will be approved.

We do not refund US or international orders.
